i am sick of nokias product as well as its sales and services. ive already done the detailed mail to mr. arindam singh five times and met him personally. but the problem is still there. headset problem is resolved beacuse of their perception of its poor quality in other end they are unable to even diagnosis the problem. what i am thinking i have committed a great mistake by purchasing nokia. sales to priority to nokia care, all are working in same fasion.
