For The erroneous transaction resulted from online air ticket booking system company commited to refund me back the amount and filed my case with case number 85429,
and more than 40 days has been passed but they havent processed my request and worst part is they do not respond properly ..it seems they dont want to refund

1 none of the numbers of refund department given call center executives are working any of the time,
2 refund option-divert of call-center call keeps me on hold more than an hour and still my call is not got attended ,if in case after 1-2 hours call is got attenede then the executive even for small queries keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes
3 I have sent lots of mails to someone named Mr. eshwar singh as per say of call center executives...no reply,
4 official refund department email-id refunds@airdeccan.net is not working all the mails sent to this id are resulting in delivery failure .
