I have purchased a Metallic Champagne GXE 36B, order form no. 4771,..DT 30-06-07 (signed by Vijayveer)....receipt no, 46919 from
grnd floor Parsvnath Arcadia, plot #1, M.G. road, sec 14 Gurgaon.
I was told that I can not get a delivery on that day or the next day but on Monday to which we agreed finally.
But I have not received it till date. It is very sad that we have been asked to wait even after 12 calls till 12 Night.
Nobody responds to the delivery enquiry and if they do respond they tell us to wait for next 5 minutes. It is really sad and bad and highly unprofessional attitude.
Deeply deeply heart by the state of an Indian Company for whose namesake alone I have gone for Godrej. I should rather have looked outside. I have not made even 5 minutes delay for payment and now I am getting my product after 3 days that’s too a wait for additional 12 hours and 12 follow up calls. Now I have got a time for 4 Pm today. Should it not reach this time? Please refund my money I would rather settle for some other product by some other company.
In today’s world of consumer a customer is waiting even after full payment (only 200 rs is left which is to be paid to delivery boy) I am asked to wait and delivery is defaulted for whole 1 day from a local place.
I do not have words for you guys….Pathetic!!!!!
Please register my complaint, should you really bother to care. And atleast appolige rather been sarcastic ( Utavaley ho rahey hain:-- Your rep’s words to my wife)
I should rather file a harassment case infact…..
