I have taken Fortune net broadlane Internet connection on 8- june 2005, They took 1500/- as installation and later 500/- as a monthly rental for unlimited connection on the 12 june 2005 as the advance for the month. They started the connection for first day and since that day it is been closed , Every time i called nobody picks the phone and the most irritating thing nobody attainted us also. N mumbers of complaint given but till today that is 5 july 2005 it has not been started. I was deeply dipreesed by the behaviour and has a huge loss in my job too. Who will be held up for that.
They alway ssay it will start working today , tommorow but its nearly one month the net has not been functioning. If its not working any where then its ok major problem but not functioning on my road and rest working every where means not will to give me service.

The solution is that these people are not meticilous, they should service me properly, should attain the calls and fix the complaints which they dint do,
