I am very sorry to point out regarding Hissar Branch working and poor customer Care:
Receipt No AX 070030703001 dated 29.06.07 Customer Care Code 000U1
My(Antony Mathew) telephone number 09254344408 instrument stoped working on 28th morning and I informed to your representative of Hissar who collected the instrument on the next day after due inspection.
He told me that the instrument will go to delhi for repairand it will take three days.
I requested the Tata Customer care to discontinue in and out calls which is done.
I am sorry today is 3rd July and I have not received back my telephone instrument nor I got a proper reply from the Hissar CC.
Please look in to the matter and requested to please reply immediatly for further necessary action.
