i am siddhartha, i bought n72 mobile from the nokia priority dealer (dombivali, thane).
i just use it for the 15days but afterwards there is a problem of NETWORK i could not get the network on my mobile tough i checked my sim card on my frds phone and yes it was working properly.
now i went to the dealer and gave him the piece back(n72) he took that and told me that i will recive it within 10days. but for that 10days he did not give me any stand by piece of his own . 1st i take it as lightly but then it is now a one and half month gone yesterday he gave me a new replacement piece of n72 but it was also having a mike problem and i got very angry i wait for the whole month and in this period he has not provided me any service including the STAND BY piece.
i want to complaint againest him and will teach him a lesson pls help me in doing so

|Action||i will go to the political leader of shiv sena as i knw him and will take some SERIOUS ACTION againest him
or file a complaint in consumer care |
