My letter to the CEO of Sify
Ever since I have taken the sify connection at my thane residence at Twinkle Towers in Kolshet Road, Iíve been suffering from poor internet connection and service that the cable operator provides. It is one of the most pathetic service I have experienced from any vendor till date.
Iíve lost total hope in your service. I have interacted with almost everyone in Sify and they have no interest in handling customer queries. Again, Mr. Raghunath, the engineer present at the local cable operator is extremely poorly skilled and has no manners in talking to customers. You people must remember that Iím not taking any service ďFREE OF COSTĒ. Iíve paid for 3 months connection with absolutely no luck.
Mr. Raghunath tells me that there is a fault with the LAN cable and he is not able to procure a new one and this is been said for the last 5 days.

Please TREAT this mail as my last mail to SIFY and I would also like to mark a copy of this mail to Ms.Elizabeth ,Sec to CEO, Sify and would like to mention that IĎve donated Rs 1900/- to Sify for the services that Iíve hardly used. I would request the Sify authorities to kindly come to my residence and remove connections once and for all.
