I had taken a postpaid connection in 199 plan alloted mobile number 9393008846, when I changed my mobile No. 9393008846 to 9348444486 on 02/07/07, the mobile model "LG RD2330" was dead, and a error massage is showing on screen " Please Contact Reliance Customer Care" when I was called Reliance Customer Care they lodge a complaint they told me it will be resolve in next 24 hrs, but when 24hrs is over that complaint is not resolve, then I was called Reliance Customer Care again and asked why it is not resolve, Reliance Customer Care executive told me "complaint is under process it will be resolve by the evening" when evening is gone and the problem is not rectified, I was called sales executive and ask why its happened he give his boss number and says "please talk to my boss" When I was called they told me please come to office. when I was go there he told me that is handset problem , and he suggest me to go LG service center, when I was gone there, LG Service center told me this problem is occured due changed of nuimber, if wants to repaired the handset you have to pay Rs. 1500/- or buy a new handset and transfered the number on it, then I decided to buy new handset and transfered my number on it. I was buy a Handset "LG RD2330" and gone to Reliance Web World Abids on 05/07/07, Mis Vani is transfered my number from old handset to new handset after completing the process she told me to dail *228 for completion of activation when I called *228 my number is transfered to my new handset, but when I switched off and on the mobile, my new handset is also dead, and same error is showing on screen "Please Contact Reliance Customer Care".
I wants to resolve my problem as soon as possible and I also wants to compensate the two handset cost, also the rental waiver from 02/07/07 untill the problem is not resolved and compensation of Rs. 100,000/- for inconvenience.
