we have purchased one refrigerater on 06/08/01. every thing was going smooth but the vegetable tray and the middle bottle gaurd on the door broke. we contacted the service center but the people around their are so rood that we are very sorry for purchasing goods of such a company. At the time of sale they are so sweet and as they have sold the product they thing we are fools. We from last 1 1/2 months are complaing to the servicecenter but they are not bothered. as the spares are not availabe in the market we are helpless to go their.they written all the details in the register and when ever any one goes they will ask for the details after waiting there for an hour and some disscussion they say come another day. only thing we want to know if they do not have the spare or do not want to give they should say so that we can opt for other alternative.



 

Solution of your complaintcompany should not have its own service center it should be given to some private persons and it should be linked with the consumer form court 
Actionany action taken by me will harm me either financialy or mently the compny has sold the product
