I had procured Samsumg double door refrigerator on 21/10/2004 (Model No: RT26M). Last month , I observed that the gas beading of main door was damaged, and complained to local service centre on 05/06/07. Service personnel visited my residence and advised replacement of the gas beading. I am ready to pay for the replacement of gas beading, But till date , they have not replaced the same after repeated follow up. I have also complained to Samsung call centre (1800-110-011) on 15/06/07 (Complaint no: 8405430685) and I have been reminding them at least 2 to 3 times a week, but there is no positive response.
The electricity bill for the last month is 25% higher, as the compressor is running continuously. The cool air is escaping through the defective gas beading.
