I purchased a ticket from Air Deccan - 2605182. And it was a full refund case as adjustd to the super saver ticket (Refund case No. 84443). They said within 14 working days from 7th May 2007 the money will be refunded to the credit card and I have a letter by Air Deccan stating that with the company seal and signature of the employee. 30 Days pass and still no action and then when again I go back to air deccan office they say it will get processed and payment will reflect in my credit card in next three working days, I have again a letter from Air deccans stating that with company seal and signature. And today is the 5th Working day, still have no refund.
Air Deccan service is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced, though its not the first time and worst ever airline that any one can choose.
