I have taken a new card and they took around 2-3 days for activation..ok fine..it takes time..then they deactivated my sms all of a sudden and called me and said that the document submitted is not proper kindly get back to us...they should have called me before blocking my sms service...still i went the very next day and submitted the documents and asked them personally if they are satisfied and they said that the SMS will be activate within a day or two. I waited for abt 2 weeks and still they didnt activate it. I called the airtel customer service people 3 times and then after around 6 days my SMS started working. After a few days they deactivated my card itself saying that my documents details are not updated. I got this card from the Airtel center in my area. I went there and asked them the reason for this, they said that they had already send the docs to airtel people and he has their sign on the day it was handed over them. It seems they have misplaced it. This time again this Airtel person told me that the card will start working within 2 days today is the third day and the card is not working. These people are useless as they make false promises and instead of feeling sorry they act smart. Inshort Airtel people are very irresponsible.
|Solution of your complaint||They either activate my card or else cancel this number and give me a new number as i have been suffering with this card since the time i took which is around 1 month. And most important thry try not repeat such a thing again. |
|Action||not sure for now but atleast i will make sure noone around me uses their service. |
