I had purchased new CDMA Mobile Handset Nokia Model No 2865 ( ESN No 03715365695 ) on 30-March-2007 from Reliance Webworld & since the date of purchase upto 02-July-2007 this subject handset has been at the Nokia Care Service Centre for 4 times ( hence within 3 months from purchase date the handset has been at the Nokia Care Service Centre for 4 times ) .
Presently also my handset is at the Nokia Care Service Centre & I being a customer on facing so much inconveniences due to regular defects in the new handset ( also inconveniences caused due to wastage of time / energy due to frequent visits to Nokia Care Service Centre which are more then overcrowded ) have rightfully claimed a Replacement against the defective handset vide my several emails sent / fax sent / SpeedPost Letter sent / telephonic calls made at Nokia Helpline .
But surprisingly it seems that Nokia India is working highandedly on their customer & intentionally not at all understanding the agony of the customers which is caused due to defective handsets being sold by them to huge masses .
Also I have found the attitude of Nokia Care Service Centre very very firmly inco-operative by not obliging to give me a standby handset even in case where the company is at fault for selling defective handset .
During this event ( periods during which handset is at the Nokia Care Service Centre ) I am unable to use the mobile service & in turn not able to use my free calls which would sooner expire in September end .
