Hi, I bought a refregrator some where around feb 2005. since from long time its not working properly. i called the customer support center, the service person came and said that there is no warrenty now, if i want i can go for one year warrenty by paying some amount. i said ok and paied the amount. and he said that the thermostat is not woking properly and it has to be changed. now its almost 10 days done, still no responce from them. when i am calling them again they are saying that they have sent the coomplaint to the service center. they have given some branch number asking me contact a lady called Pushpa. even after trying for morethan half an hour there is no one to answer the call.

some one help me what can be done
