I have taken a new corporate connection from airtel 8 days ago.
The verification agency hired by Airtel did not send any agent to verify in person. The verification agent instead verified facts over phone and asked me to confirm with Airtel that verification was done in person.
After that nobody called to confirmed from Airtel.
And the next day outgoing call was barred from my new connection.
On contact with customer care they said that it was due to incomplete verification process.
On contacting one of the employees in the address verification department (garima as said), it was the verification agency who said that a person came to verify but nobody met him.
Now AIRTEL is not able to activate my outgoing call.
I have met other people also in my organisation, and they are similarly HARASSED by AIRTEL in various ways.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER WHO SUFFERS BECAUSE OF THE ROTTEN PROCESS OF AIRTEL
|Solution of your complaint||NO SOLUTION as per the employees of AIRTEL, till the verification process starts again, and it also depends on their WISH !!!
I dont think it is a customer oriented organisation and NO solution will be provided instead of harassment. |
|Action||I DONT THINK ANY CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE, AIRTEL HAS INCORPORATED THIS KIND OF PRACTICE INTO ORGANISATION JUST TO ACQUIRE CUSTOMER BASE.
PLEASE MOVE TO HUTCH ..........THEY ARE REALLY FOR THE CUSTOMERS (personal experience for years)
