tata indicom people believe in :if you want to take service from me then follow my rules and orders otherwise get lost.
i went to the sector 61 shop in noida to purchase a new post paid connection. the shopkeeper gave me a mobile with sim for rs 1000 and promised me that the connection will be up the day i submit him the documents. he gave me the phone (samsung hero) without any warranty and the seal was also opened. i took it as he had the single piece at that time and i wanted the connection asap. he even assured me that he would personally come to my office to collect the remaining amount (rs 800) with the bill. all bakwaas.
the very next day i submitted him the required docs. but to my horror the connection took 7 days to become active. all my calls to the shop owner were unanswered or disconnected.
finally i got the connection activated but to my surprise, it got deactivated again. the customer care responded that my documents could not be validated if that was the case, why my connection was made active on checking the valid documents??
some people like to harass their customers. they imbibe pleasure out of it. again i will have to wait for a week to get the connection re activated, when i have submitted all the required documents. 

Solution of your complainti have already being harassed by the shop owner, now i just want my connection to be active as per my plan. send me the bill to the address given and i will pay on time. 
Actioni do not have that much time to personally go to the validating officer to make sure he understands the documents given by me.
