I purchased a dress for my daughter for a vedio shoot. The dress she wore and tried was alright but the packed dress was with holes in it. I rung up the shop immediately and requested them to exchange and give another piece. They told me to come over and discuss. I went there but they blatantly refused saying that the child must have made holes in it. It is very obvious that and old piece was given knowingly. They were not ready to listen or even talk properly. I also requested them to give me a voucher ,or take another dress but of no avail. Now far a petty 800 Rs we cant go and fight in a court or complaint ,I felt it my duty that the others should know how I was duped. I request you to look into the matter and help.
Solution of your complaint
With your help I might be able to get a new dress in exchange or refund the money.
I will also try other sources and I have told my whole circle , never to buy from that shop, as it is a new shop and the service i s bad and very rude.
