i given my car on the date of 16.7.07 for a third general free service,in manakular motors pondicherry, they forgot to tare the first service coupen . In the second service they brought my serivce book and the tared the 2&3rd coupen .. when we gone for third serivce they not accepted my car for third free service when we seen the service book 2&3rd coupens has been tared .. Of their mistake they didnt accept my car for serives. then we console and narratted the problem what we had . they said to give a letter that i missed my third service coupen.. i dont know what i need to so i given letter .. And the main thing is the managments is not satisfied.. we are proud to say that we are an existing customer we have owned 2 safari dicor, 1 sumo victa,1 indica turbo.. we are totally upset with your services.. and we are getting our car in very delayed with unsatisfied service and response.. at the time of delivery they didnt give our service book , we consult with the reps. and we got the book in that they didnt note the reedings .. totally not satisfied with this services.. i dont know your inspecting the link branches with u .. its really hurt us..

NOTE: When we are delivering our car is clen . but in the front gate dump of water stagged then how can we keep our car clen.. your manger and all works are going across in they wont mind of it.. what the service station u have...

Solution of your complaintif a reps. attending a car for service no other person intrupt his service card with out a good reason.  
Actionthis depends on yours mangement . we a buyers and you are givers, we buy your product for our satification.. so you must suppose to keep us good and friendly thats it..
