I had problems in my Nokia 3230 model mobile phone. On 02.07.2007 I had given it to Nokia Care service centre in Vashi (Vashi Telecom 15 Vardhaman Market) under Job no 5884.
THey had intimated that it is being sent to thier Head Office under Job no 0175267 for swaping. Unfortunately till today I have not received my mobile phone back. To my dismay this service centre says that they cannot say when it will be available and I have to live with my fate for return. It is highly irresponsible service pprovided to a disgusted customer.
I am also incharge of a repair centre belonging to world renown MNC but for me customer care becomes the soul reason for survival. But Nokia does not care for its customer.
It is not the question of an educated person like me struggling to get things right but imagine so many users of Nokia suffering because of Poor Customer care.
Can I get my phone back is a big question mark since I am not used to a fight like a street fighter and beggars have no choice!!!!!!!
