We leased an Escalade from Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel, CA in June. Because we purchased upgrades, we had to take the vehicle back in to install the new rims and grille. First, they promised our vehicle would be ready by 2pm and I wasnt picking it up until 5:30pm! When we received our vehicle, we noticed they created a door ding (or chip) on the passenger side door AND they put in a fulty stem valve which caused a flat tire on our car! Thank god we noticed it in time to pull over and save our newly purchased rims from being damaged. When we made them aware of this, they were unapologetic, they failed to listen or empathize, and they failed to keep their promises. They tried to blame us for the flat tire!! Instead of offering attonement, they placed blame and were very nonchalant about us being out of a vehicle for a couple of days. Even though we were very patient with this dealership, they showed us nothing but disrespect. DO NOT go to this dealership as they will not care about you as a customer, but instead about their bottom line. When they found out that we filled out the survey and rated them below satisfactory on customer service, they were very unpleasant and down right rude!  

Solution of your complaintThere will not be a solution. The rate very low in customer service and have a lot to learn! They are represnting a world class company (Cadillac) but do not come close to delivering what that name stands. We are not interested in ever going back there again.  
ActionMy problem has not been solved and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, JD Power and Associates, General Motors corporate, and any websites (like this one), people, chat rooms, etc that will listen to our story. I am trying to get the word out there about how terrible ALLEN CADILLAC, LAGUNA NIGUEL customer service is. They do not care about the customer at all. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEM.
