I have purchased NOKIA handset model no. 6085 from Mahalaxmi Telecom, Nokia Priority dealer, Bhayandar (28142687) under their invoice no. 1303 dated 11th February 2007 IMEI no.35322 80113 99904. After a period of three months we found a display flicking problem in handset and we approached above referred Nokia priority dealer who advised us to approach Nokia care centre Mira road. (Omkar Telecom) and I handed over handset to them under job sheet no. 335434038/070523/39 dated 23rd May

After constant follow up with Nokia care centre Mira road between 23rd May and 16th June, Twice they received the handset and called us to collect the handset. Once they opened handset in front of me but the keypad was not found so they sent handset again for repair and at second visit the same display flicking defect found.

Finally on 16th June care centre decided to replace the handset. Since I was not getting proper reply from Nokia care centre Mira road I contacted Banglore office two-three times by phone as well as by email complaint. And finally on 3rd July I informed from Banglore office that I will receive the replacement latest by 13th July.

Mira road care centre has called me on 5th July to collect the handset. I collected replaced handset and brought in at home and when I attached handset with my charger I found the message “the charger is not supported” On screen. On the same day I approached Mira road care centre, after testing they informed that replaced handset has some defect and it has to send at repair centre again, I requested him to accept handset under the same job sheet but he refused and informed that old job sheet is closed and they have to prepare fresh job sheet for repair.It seems they tried to fool us and closed the job sheet without proper replacement.

Finally I approached Andheri care centre(Hcl, star plus Bldg.,marol naka) where repair is undertaken, they also refused to accept under old job sheet and prepared new job sheet. No. is 5300136121 on 7th July. They also could not repair it and finally they informed us on 10th July that I will receive the fresh handset as on early date.

When we have taken matter strongly with senior at Andheri care centre Mr. Ashok, he promised that I will get the replacement on or before 17th July. While approaching care centre on 16th July they informed us that handset is under replacement it will take 30 days.

Again we took the matter strongly with senior Mr. Imran at Andheri, he informed that he will give reply by evening on 17th July. and today he told that I will get delivery on 31st July.

I want my cash back or other Nokia model.but Mr. Imran refused to do so.

I don’t know when I will receive replacement?
