Sir, i, Mr.Manjudas, who is a long time reliance customer for last 3 years, had purchased one walky set in my house dated 04.04.07, and took the 1 year validity card also for this set. After that i come to chennai for my job. So, as usual, whenever the talk time is expiring my family member somebody will go to the ELITE AGENCY in MUHAMMA(thuruthan kavala), WHO is the authorised agency in my village, for recharge it. It was happening like this. But unfortunately, on last time
15.07.2007 (sunday) my father has gone for recharge it against for Rs.100/- then the shop keeper suggested to my father to charge it for Rs.50/-, which is only one scheme available now, and gave back rs.50/-. Its ok.. my father returned to my home and checked the currency balance in set.....!!!!!!! But there was nothing happened in my set, the balance was zero......!!!!!!!!
Then only he gone to the shop and told to them about this issue, then they replied dont worry, it will come after some time.......But after some time, two days also nothing has happened there....In shorly my 50/- Rs. gone..After that the shop keeper given an explanation on this matter that, the recharging scheme was of Rs.51/- not of 50/-. Even it is not our problem also, he was not ready to suggest any solution on this issue.As an authorised dealership, that gay should know all the recharging scheme and its price, duration call charge, and validity everything especially in a village like this. He was not only unable to describe the details, but also, he have"nt any idea to check how we can check tha currency balance in a reliance mobile
So frankly am telling it is not fair to u, as a leading captain in telecommunication area in my native, it is not good, not fine.............too bad of ur service......My mobile no.09840689944 email id
