|Product/Service Description||Cheque in favour of my name by ABN AMRO Bank.Which i deposit in the ing vysya bank for transferring money into my a/c because i have got a/c with ING VYSYA BANK.Cheque no is 371724 and my a/c no is 558010065225.|

I got a cheque no 371724 in the favour of my name MUKESH SONI which was a A/C payee cheque because i have an a/c with ING VYSYA Bank (558010065225).So i put that cheque ( on 12-07-07) into the drop box as par the direction of their C.C.E. and Branch Head properly filled by me and cheaked by C.C.E. and she (CCE) told me that amount(5667 Rs.) of cheque will be transfer within 3 days But i did not receive that amount into my account when i ask about all this then they told me that there is no entry of your cheque with us.
THEY LOST MY CHEQUE AND I LOST MY 5667 RS BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE.
|Solution of your complaint||First of all i bant my money back and proper action against bank and their staff. |
|Action||I think my problem can be solved by consumer court because i do not have much power to do more. |
