1) The paint of the vehicle has started peeling off from the front. On enquiring from the dealer-M/S bagga, the reason could not be ascertained. The vehicle is not even one year old.
2) the gear box does not function properly. It gets stuck while changing from the neutral position to the first gear. I have availed of the first two free services. In both the services the same was highlighted, but to no avail.This is the reason why i am corresponding with you directly.
|Solution of your complaint||1) As the vehicle is a new one so the reason for the same should be found out so that the same does not happen with the other vehicles rooling out from the plant. This will help in Maruti being able to maintain its leadership status.My vehicle should be painted and could be used as a test case.

|Action||I will give two more reminders and then walk in personally after having sought an appointment with the Maruti Suzuki Corporate customer care people. If it still remains unresolved, i would be compelled to refer the grievance to the consumer redressal forum or to an ombudsman. |
