I have booked a ticket online on 6th July, 2007 of Kolkata-Mumbai flight DN -642 for 21st July. When I clicked make payments button, PNR No.3432377 was not generated and returned to the same page. So I repeated the same process again and PNR was generated. I found out later that there were two transactions made for same name of the same flight on same day, which is not possible. I did not get email itinerary of ticket as I mentioned email id also.The first ticket was cancelled by Air Deccan Kolkata office, they told me to send an email with detail to get refund process started soon.

thats what I am lodging this complaint to you, Either I have to file a Consumer case or will have to file 420 case but that will be time consuming.
