Dear sir, i purchased tata indica dls turbo on 1st Feb 2007 on my wife name Dr Anu (Asst Proffesor Pathology) and was driving the car for last 5 months day before yesterday the front tyre got punctured and to the height of surprise when i tried to replace the punctured tyre with the stepney(the extra tyre) it was not only a used one but a mettalic nail was peirced into it and it was puntured. I placed back the stepney to its place and got the punctured tyre repaired.The was in my hand since it was purchased except when i gave it for 1st servicing on 8th june 2007.A.t that time the car was 40 kms extra also and my wife was highly dissatisfied by the hospitality & courtsey rendered when we were planning to purchase tata indica & she suggest they should have some basic ettiquettes or learn from other groups.
