Bsnl has one of the worst customer service they are so lazy to do their job...coming to the point.I have a problem with my broadband connection ie sometimes i get the connection sometimes the link fails due to the fault in the wire. I first gave a complaint i think on 3/7/07 i called them daily still they didnt come to correct it finally on 7/7/07 two guys came that was on saturday looked around and said he will change the wire on monday .After 2 weeks still they didnt come .So i called them today when i asked why they replied in a rude manner and told they will repair it on monday ie on
23/7/07  

Solution of your complaintFirst of all i want the employees in the telephont exchange fired who are responsible for this.And compensation paid to me for for making me undergo so much stress and frustration .
