Respected Anil Dhirubhai Ambani,
I am a shareholder of Reliance
infocom and Reliance industries. I am writing this
mail to inform you regarding the customer service
which Reliance has provided me in the last 1 year. I
bought a prepaid phone (WLL-080-32933177) and was
happy with the 795Rs recharge. Once I tokk 795 Rs
card thinking that I will be charged only 30paise/min
to any reliance number and I make calls only to my
home reliance number (0484-3290416) and I called
reliance customer care many times and there I received
the most exciting customer care where the Customer
“SERVICE Representatives put me on hold for around 30
minutes for each call and one supervisor told that the
0484-3290416. Any Tom,Dick and Harry in India knows
the fact that any number which starts with “32” is a
reliance number. I have written so many complaints to
reliance customer care. I tried calling Mary
Chandrashekhar Bangalore Nodal officer and her phone
is always switched off. I would request you to give
your nodal officer a phone which could be switched on.
I was informed from the customer care that they cannot
do a call back since Reliance Customer Care is an
inbound call centre. I was working in Customer Care
(Hewlett-Packard) for almost 2 years and it was the
biggest joke that Customer Care supervisors cannot do
call backs. It shows that nobody in Reliance infocomm
is ready to take care of the problem rather nobody
wants to raise their hands and say “ I will accept the
ownership and resolve it”.

I called up the customer care Bombay at 022
-3037 3333 and spoke with a lady who informed that she
cannot call my reliance number and wont be able to
take ownership of the problem and wants me to write a
mail to .
For your kind information I called up customer care
and spoke with Raghu who said that my account balance
did not show up any money. His supervisor Ganesh
confirmed the same and gave the Service Request #
(UCS325821). I am writing this as a grievance letter
since I believe the chairman’s office is the last
resort before I move to consumer court. I hate to go
to consumer court since I am filing a case against my
own company.
