I had cancelled my sim card no.9810012013 on 29 feb 2007 and Saumit was the person dealing with me regarding the cancellation process. He told me that my card will be cancelled and i will be getting my security deposits after clearing any last dues which was already done. But still I am getting the bills for the same no. and getting fined for not paying the bills. Atleast 10 times i have tried to contact the customer service but their response is that only Saumit Dubet can help me in such a huge organisation. 

Solution of your complaintI just want that all my bills from the date I cancelled my sim card should be cancelled and I should get my refund back 
ActionI have to go to the Mr.Sunil Bharti Mittlal and tell him the facts of the customer service operations in airtel and how effective are they? I atleast get to meet him once a week and there I can put forward my issues very genuinely
