Without taking information of availability of regular recharge voucher coupen in city, they recharge One india calling card of Rs. 875/- by e-recharge method.
but for outgoing calls regular recharge is must, but still my outgoing calls r not activated & my 875/- recharge will over in next 5 days. I have not use single rupee of same.
They just arguing.
|Solution of your complaint||Call to Reliance Head office & ask for voucher. Also inmcrease the validity of recharge card. |
