I was promised that a responsible woul be sent to check by system which isnow corrupted and not starting up.But until now I have not hared any feedback nor did anyone contact me.
I purchased a HP pavilion desktop in September 2006 and I regret to inform until now I had to do teh recovery almost 5 times.Till now no concrete reason on why the restart is happening has been communictaed to me. I am losing all data since even 2 drives cannot be formatted.And the query to find out the root cause of the problem is never replied.
I have antivirus also installed in my system.During the purchase undue promises are being made that the customer care would be excellent but now I am in a helpless situation system files getting corrupted/contantly restarting.
As my warranty period is going to expire in another 2 months I would like a quick intervention to check and replace any faulty parts or atleast change my HDD.
