As, i had applied for a corporate group connection with airtel - chennai, through ms rekha (marketing dep) on may 2005. I found that my form (connection) had been rejected by them for some reasons but i received a bill from airtel on june. i immediately complained to customer care (mr. ramesh and ms. kanchana) on 17/06/2005 at 17.00 hrs. They told me that they will look into the matter ASAP and wavier my account. But still i received next bill on July too. Then again i complainted to customer care (mr, ashok) on 16/07/2005 at 18:00 hrs. once again they told me the same story and promised to wavie my account. Of all the above the worst was on 25/07/2005 they deducted amount from my HDFC bank account through ECS schme again i called CC (mr loganathan) 26/07/2005 at 20:40 hrs. He also told me that they will soon waive my account and settle the collected amount within a month. 

Solution of your complainti want them to close my account and settle the amount immediatly. 
Actioni will take action legally againts them and take this to the media for public awareness
