Sir,I am writing this letter out of sheer disappointment of having ever decided to buy a Nokia cell phone.

PROBLEMS WITH MY NOKIA 2626 MOBILE SINCE Ist DAY ONWARDS :-
1. SET HANGING FREQUENTLY.
2. IF WE SWITCH OFF & ON, IT WILL WORK FOR SOME TIME.
3. AFTER SOME TIME NO INCOMING/OUT GOING.
4. LOW SOUND / VOICE.
5. LOW RING TONE.
6. LOUD SPEAKER NOT WORKING INTERMITTENTLY.
7. IF WE INCREASE THE VOLUME, MOBILE IS HANGING.
(AGAIN WE HAVE TO RESTATRT)
We have facing above problems from the 1st day onwards. We have observed above problems 2/3 days after purchasing.. But problems was remain same. We went to shop and informed the same. They send my mobile to Nokia Care Centre( Global Cell World ) for servicing.
They get back the same and handed over to us after 5days. But another problem was added to my mobile. Mic was not working ( our voice was not hearing to others). With
Head set only working
8. MIC IS NOT WORKING.
The same we have tested for 2days and return back to dealer and ask replacement for the same. Again dealer was sent to Nokia Care Centre( Global Cell World ) for rectification/replacement on 31.5.07.
After that we visited so many times to Nokia Care Centre to take delivery. But we found problems remain same. Nokia Care Centre( Global Cell World ) committed so many times to replace the pcb. Even though replace the pcb problems was not rectified. Your customer response & treatment is very poor.
Why we suffer for purchasing Nokia product?
After purchasing Nokia product, it is lying in Nokia Care Centre only.
Why Nokia Care Centres are giving TROUBLE & HARASSMENT to customers.
Nokia Company gave same training to Nokia Care Centers?
I WANT NEW SET / DOA.
SIMULTANEOUSLY WE ARE REGISTERING COMPLAINT AT CONSUMER COURT & ICRPC (International Consumer Rights Protection Council )
