Thank you for the replyand i request your intervention once again as the Washing Machine that you have sent is not in good condition and there is a damage on the body due to poor handling, due to some impact there is a deep blow to the body cutting open the cover with scratch on the body, so we have just not opened the seal and the cover as the damage is visible from the outside,so we request you to replace the w/m as it is really embarassing to receive the w/m after 20 days with desperate attempts in this poor condition. It is a pity that we selected BIG BAZAAR to do us the favour so I request you to look in to the matter immediately and see to that my problem is resolved. thank you

I purchased a Washing Machine on 5 th JUly and the w/m has not yet reached which they promised to deliver before 10 days, they had not even mentioned the delivery date on the voucher telling that if they mention it will take actual 10 days but they can deliver it way before that, but it is almost 20 days and it is of serious concern,I wonder whether you follow the basic bussiness ethics,I m in contact with the customer service every day after the said time was over they simply give false promises that it will be delivered today or tomorrow,I would be greateful if you do the need full,and adhere to the basic bussiness ethics. thank you
