My name is Surendra Singh Rana. I purchased TATA-INDICA DLG (Turbo) on 16th October,2006. Below are my point wise complaints :-
1. On the day of purchase my left front power window was not working, when told to the sales representative and the mechanic they said due to dust it might be hard. But later on within next week i found it was not working properly. It slides down towards front and then it need to be pushed upward by hand slowly to close it.
2. During February when i used the A/C found that after 7-8 kms it sounds heavily for around 30 seconds and it continues after every 10 or 15 minutes. Several times i went to the dealer to check and rectify the same but every time they check and says it is now it is ok. But after i reaches home it agains sounds the same. Infact for this around 2000/- had been taken by them saying this and that reason......
These are the two major problem which i faced immediately after the purchase of this vehicle.
Even the Supervisors are not well enough to attend the complaints.
|Solution of your complaint||Anyhow they said :
1. For window glass machine had to be replaced and it will take some time. A month had passed but the machine had not yet received by dealer. And would next 4-5 days.
2. A/C has to be checked by SUBROS company as it is of Subros so some technical experts will come to check the same.
Solution to my complaint : - As assured by them. I had shown such patience so let it be for next 5 days too. |
|Action||After 7 days I would approach Consumer Court and I being a member of Consumer Voice (JAGO GRAHAK JAAGO) would take appropriate legal action. |
