Hi Sir,
I am a user of Maruti cars, basically I am a business man having the occupation of taxis.
I am having maruti 800, Maruti Esteem and Maruti Alto.
Most recently I have faced a serious issue with maruti service center . I am basically a owning a Maruti Alto as taxi. I have purchased a Maruti Alto as in Taxi number.
Unfortunately my car met with an accident on 10-Dec2006 .After insurance party survey I submiited the car in Maruti service center
Kavisha Motors
Bansi kunj
Tikonia nainital road...

Kavisha Motors promised me to deliver the service car on 30-Dec 2006.
They have not touched the car till date. When I reached on due date to take my car they said it has not been serviced ( The reason is unknown to me)

In between keep on going to the service station my car was not get serviced till 15 Feb 2007.

As it was impacting my business , so forcefully I need to take out my taxi from Authorized service station and done the things personally from different service station .

Since, this car is on taxi number and my bread and butter is dependent on it, As my business was effecting badly due to this behaviour of authoried service station .

As I beleive in the brand name of Maruti, but due to this responsible Kavisha motors I faced serious losses in business. A
nd even I was supposed to submit my loan installment from my pocket as the vehicle was standing in vain at Kavisha motors an authorized maruti service station.

More over the insurance pact between the maruti and Netmar could not help me in this matter.


Solution of your complaintThe solution could be getting the compensation of my losses as this vehicle is being usied as taxi. And standing more than 4 months without got serviced in maruti authorized service station, Kavisha motors. 
ActionI will go to the court or consumer forum, as this is a very valid genuine issue . As I am legally correct and faces a heavy expenses without any reasons of mine.
