I have purchased Bajai Spirit Two wheelar moped during 2004 and doing service of vehicle at regular interval in your authorised dealer AKASH BAJAI, Hosur,Krishnagiri District, tamil Nadu.

Since I had a frequent problem in charging of battery ,on 17th Jul07 I took my vehicle to AKASH BAJAI for service. I was told that the problem was due to failure of "RR unit (Rectifier and Regulator unit" of my moped . I was asked to come after 2 days to replace the unit since stock was not available with AKASH bajai .

Since 19th July07 I have been going daily to AKASH bajai and repeatedly getting a answer saying that stock is not there because the model "SPIRIT" is discontinued by BAJAJ.ALso when ever I want to give my vehicle for service I am being denied from quick service just because the model SPIRIT was discontinued and only few service man can do service of this model.

I really do not understand whether it is an inefficiency of your dealar or your companys style of working in attending customer complaint for your products which are discontinued from your manufacturing. Really thease kind of issue will make us to rethink while selecting any bajaj made vehicle especially when you frequently release new model vehicles.

I am very sorry to say that If I do not rceive any convincing reply from you at the earliest, I will have no option other than taking a help of media to find a solution to my problem. I strongly belive that a higly professional compnay like you will not let us down your customers.



Solution of your complaintThe failed parts of by moped should be replaced immediately . And the concerned should ensure that such delay should be avoided in future  
ActionI will have to take a help of MEDIA to make people aware about the problem and find solution for people like me who suffers similar problem.
