sir,

1. one "manager" of icici bank tried to sold me off an insurence policy (ULIP - life time super)
2. he said i jsut need to pay primum for three yrs.
3. he said ill get the policy within 10 days.
4. my complaints, after studyin the policy in detail are.

a. he misleaded me by sayin ill need to pay primum only for three yrs,,, as his primum get off in three yrs,, but ill need to keep payin for whole term

b. he didnt tell me about riders,,, n now i dont know wat all shall he put?

c. ive not recieved the policy (premium paid of rs 10 thousand through cheque no - 178461 , Union Bank of India, Meerut a/c no - 500101, RG College branch,,, premium half yearly) till date,,, and i m afraid ill loose on free lookin period.

d. i don want to continue with th policy as amit got blank forms signed by me, sayin he will fill up himself,,, and i signed in good faith,, but now after seein so many hidden things, i wish to discontinue.... but ive not recieved any bond/paper.
 

Solution of your complainti would like icici bank to instruct its manager not to misguide ppl n to discontinue my policy ,,, with full amount to be paid to me,,, no panailties pls
