me and my wife boughta a 2006 hyundai sonata and almost 6 months into it the abs (anti -lock brakes) whent out along with the left brake light so we took it in to get fixed but all they did after makeing my wife sit there till 5:30(and the technichans go home at 4:00) was turn the warning light off and so when my wife whent to stop sudennly instead of feeling the pumping motion of the breaks she felt nothing and screached to a violent halt nearly sliding into on coming trafic. when we took the car back to for them to fix it once again, all they did was deny that they even ever worked on the breaks and tried to say that they were fine and untill i threatend to get a lawyer they wanted nothing to do with us i was assured that they would make our car top priority and that the manager him self was going to test drive the car and that the car would be finished in 5 hours, well 6 hours later i called and asked if it was done they say no wee need a weak, and that they will not give me a loaner to get my wife back and forth to work untill once again i reminde them that my 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warenty states that when the consumers car is going to be held for longer than a few hours he/she is intitled to a loaner car and after haveing to fight to get my loaner car i finaly get it, and two weaks not the one they had stated two weaks whent by and they call and tell me that the car has been ready for two days and yet i got no calls or messages. so me and my wife go to get it they tried to charge us for the labor!!! they were rude and didnt have any proof that they let alone the manager test drove the car because i marked the miles down and it had the same miles as when i picked it up as when i dropped it off even my receipt confirms this. and the manager was you guessed it no were to be found. even though this is not all the problems i have had with these people it is i would say the worst especialy since my wife and un born childs lives were put at risk because some one was lazy. 

Solution of your complaintnot sure hope fully they will make it right.....but i highly doubt it 
Actioni will take to my legal adisers, ony because not fixing some ones breaks puts a lot of people in danger not just ours
