I have been cheated by your service centers at Ghatkopar & Parel. They have unofficially cancelled the warranty of my handset i.e. Nokia 6275 CDMA phone by saying that my hand set is been tempered by any other service center outside nokia. So from now onwards we cannot repair your mobile and it now unrepairable by us.
I want to tell u the whole story in short. I myself is using the TATA connection from last 3and half years. 3 months back I got a call from TATA with new offers with new connection and newly launched handsets. So i had purchased one Nokia 6275 CDMA phone from them and it worked properly for hardly 2 months. After 2 months time the display of that handset got blanked automatically, so I have visited to your Nokia care center, Ghatkopar. After waiting for more than 2 hrs. i have got call from the executive to show my problem with the handset.
After discussing the problem with him he told me that i have to check it out what exactly the problem. So he had taken that handset inside to the concern engineer and took it back after 20 to 25 mins and told me that the display is not getting supply from the board & we r not able to repair it over here so for the same u have to visit our head office situated at Parel viz. BRIGHT POINT. As per the instruction of the executive at ghatkopar i have visited the parel head office. After waiting for appro. 4 to 5 hours again i have got hte call from the executive for my problem. After discussing the problem the lady executive had taken that mobile inside for say 20 mins or so, taken back that mobile to me and told me that this mobile is been tempered by some one and now this cannot be repaired and saying this she has also cancelled the warranty of my handset. And now a day nobody is there to answer the problem of my handset and the problems given to me by ur authorised service centers. So for the same i am requesting u to kindly do the needful at the earliest or else I am ready to take the legal action.
