I am Harpal SIngh, i have bought a billing connection of airtel -9818650188 just 2 days back.
My complaint is that a person from your organisation goes to my house ( whose name i dont remember but his Cell number is - 9910168280) for varification of residence proof . My wife was not there in the house .
This person calls me at my cell ( i am in Pushkar ) and very rudely tells me that no body is there in your house i have come for varification. I told him that i am in jaipur and you may please come back some other time. But this person goes on and tells me that " gar ke bahar 2 kale bacche aie teh . Kya nokrani ke ha."
I just want to know
1. Have i done something wrong by taking an airtel connection.
2. Who has given him the write to speak to me like that.
3. Is he god .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that he can say anything he wants to.
4. who is he to call my childrens "BLACK".
|Solution of your complaint||I thing when a person goes for Varification he should not be from the Company who Recovers not paid bill. I think at the time they are from the same Company, so they talk as if they have come for recovery and at times they mis-behave.
Secoundly they should be trained to speak to the coustomer politely as the first impression is the last.
I want very strick action to be taken against this person as he is not good for the reputation of Airtel.
