I had a landline Airtel no. 01147016152 at KP-308, Pitampura, Delhi-88. Due to shifting of my residence, I requested to shift telephone to my new address D-74, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi-110092. The request was made on 18.06.2007 vide request no.10592587. I was assured that the phone will be transferred within 4-5 days but I had to ring up several times for getting it shifted to the new adddress and this exercise took approx. 23 days. I was not sent any bill at the new address but my outgoing call were barred on 24.07.2007. On enquiring from customer care of Airtel, it was told that my bill was sent at previous address. No waiver of any sort was issued. I have been complaining several times but even after more than 10 days my outgoing has not been restored. The various complaint nos. lodged regarding the problem and misbehaviour of your telecallers are as following: Complaint No. 11302015, 744196, 744266, 773702, 792574, 811148 & 846558, 11356382.
 

Solution of your complaintGive the applicable waver as the fault is solely due to their own deeds only. The following will be the appropriate solution: 1. Restore the outgoing facility with immediate effect(it has been more than 10 days of out calls being barred ) 2. Give the waiver of 23 days for the delay of shifting as it was solely on the part of AIRTEL and waiver for the days outgoing calls are barred as my complaints have not been resolved even when I am ready to pay the justified bill. 3. Submit a new bill after offering the waivers at new address 4. Give me the action taken on each of the complaint and the reasons of delay . 
ActionWill either sue the company for the discomfort caused or will never use any services from Airtel
