To billing officer,
1. My name on the mobile bill is Mr and not Mrs as in invoice.
2.I was sold a combo plan at east of kailash office as I had a landline with broadband already.
I was asked to submit an application to landline office for activation of 5% concession on both my bills,the format provided on asking later by franchisee.They refused to take my application and asked me to visit the okhla office myself ! Instead I posted it to the land line office in may after arguing with both officesseperately.
No action is yet forthcoming on concession on both bills or my complaint.
3.In my landline bill I am being charged Rs 25 from feb as CLI charge where as I have not asked for service or taken any,using caller ID phone. Instrument is mine old one.
4 Please get back to me by rectifying all above with refunds OR disconnect all nos with refund
of the concessional,CLI amount.
$. I have gone through a no of telecomplaints,I have no more patience or time to conrtinueto do so.
