I had purchased IFB executive elite washing machine directly from IFB. From first month onwards, I started facing problem with this machine. The problem is water inside the machine is not completely drained off, so that the washed clothes are completely drenched.
So far, i had made 15 complaints, but i have not received proper response from any one of my complaint.
The awful experience is the call number 1056388. Your sales rep visited my house 13 days after logging this call, and he had not completely got into the problem, which we reported.
The unpleasant situation is your escalation process; I had tried to contact your service manager from 04/08/2007 to until date, but he has not responded any of my call.
I do not know what kind of service you are providing. This is my last complaint. In addition, I am going to mark this complaint to consumer forum too.
This time I am expecting a clear solution from your end, either the problem needs to be fixed or my machine needs to be replaced.
