Although we have had the leather couch for only 18 months Jennifer Convertibles changed their lifetime frame warranty in 2005 to one year so the flattened cushion, the sagging frame is not covered by their convenientley changed warranty. This allows them to continue to produce Very expensive "JUNK FURNITURE".
Their lifetine upholstery SHIELD Leather protection plan for $99.99 contains many exclusions which seem to be the problems that happen right away such as a defective dye job on the leather which is now turning orange and is not covered.
