We are using Maruti cars since 1988, we were very happy with easily availability of spare and repair of Maruti cars comparative to other cars.
Presently we are using Esteem, Maruti 800 & Zen-Di of your company. On 28th July some water gone into Zenís engine, on 29th July we gave it to`A` category Maruti Authorized Service Station M/s Car Clinic & Spares,128, Industrial Area, Phase-2, Chandigarh for repair job. On 30th July they said that one Connecting Rod is bending. We said them to change it but they said that there is availability of a set of 4pcs & as per technical specifications we are suggesting you to change all the 4 pcs, we were agreed and said them to change all 4 pcs.
From 30th July our Zen is lying at workshop because of non availability of spare parts & connecting rods. Every time we asked them for car they people said that sir there is no availability of spare parts in the city or Maruti Company Gurgaon. We want to know that is there really such type of shortage of spare parts in Maruti company? It is really shock able that spares are not available to `A` category service station from last 12-13 days. Pl tell us right position that when the spare parts will be available so that we get our car back.
All these things are make differences between customer and company; this is not good in todayís competitive time. With very big hope I am writing this letter I hope you will take fast and necessary action so that Car Clinic people will get sapers and gave us our car back.
