Initial complaint about noise in spinning and heavy vibration of the m/c was made vide complaint no. 1046154 on 21/07/07 with customer care on 18604255678. The Complaint was first attended on 28/07/07. Spinning checked and found OK. Next day while putting the total progam on m-c, it started tripping the electric line. Follow up for correction made to the customer care no. and to service mechanic and Mr. Sarang, the service franchisee at least ten times. Only rude behavior with false committments were made.The m/c remains unattended after 28/07/07 till 08/08/07.
The response is we will attend with no firm committment of any date and the response further is do whatever you want to do.
This is a very shameful way of handling customer complaints.
