Hello Airtel Customer care,
I am Working with Patni Computers and has taken a new Corporate Airtel postpaid connection on Thursday 02 August 2007, till date it is not activated. My House verification took place on Sunday 05 August 2007. The Mobile number given to me was 9987019086.
I have taken the Sim Card from Mr. Salim. His Mobile number is 9892996536. If I try to contact him he tells me that it will get activated in 10 min, but that does not happen. Since yesterday, he does not respond to the call as well.
After Speaking to the Call Center, they have told me to write a mail regarding this issue. They have also conveyed to me that my documents have not reached them.
I have submitted the documents the same day I had taken the Sim card.
If I ask Mr. Salim he says that he has submitted.
After facing lots of frustration, I donít want this connection. I want all my documents to be returned (copy of Passport, Patni ID card). I want some action to be taken with immediate effect and return me all my documents and cancel this connection.
I want in writing that this connection is cancelled.
