Though I had given in written to diconnect my landline and broadband services on 2nd july by personnely visiting Airtel office and been provided with receiving by Airtel officer Mr. Kumar.
He assured me that the services will be discontinued,the rental will be seized in 48hrs and the lines will be deactived in 25-30 days,in the meantime if i do any usage of telephone or internet i would be billed on a pro- rata basis .
To my surprise i received full bill amounting to rs949 and when i spoke in customer care they informed that there is no log of disconnecting your services.This is sheer mistake of the executive who didnt actioned my request.
Again when i visited Sahara Mall Office Mr. kumar was transfered and Mr. Lalit was there at his place,he was not at all interested to my concern and when i asked him to speak to Mr. kumar, I dont know what they mingled than Mr. Lalit said the bill which has come u need to pay.
If this is the way this company is operating and generating money by cheating there customers i need to stand up and teach them a lesson.
Till date I am not aware what is the position nobody bother from Airtel to help me out.


Solution of your complaintThey should disconnect the services asap and provide me with a fresh settlement bill on pro - rata basis as been told earlier. 
ActionI will go to consumer court.
