I had booked four return tickets on Delhi to Trivandrum flight leaving on:

9th March 2007 (9:15)
Arrival: 13:35
Flight No.: DN-719

And from Trivandrum to Delhi leaving on:

13th March 2007(8:00) rescheduled to 7:15 A.M.
Arrival: 11:15
Flight No.: DN-718

My PNR number was: DA08428104

I wanted to cancel two of the four tickets, but the company website was down and there was no place on the website where one could even do a PNR search.

The contact center was not responding at all.

So, in desperation, I mailed detailing my issue to the following people/entities:

agents.refund@airdeccan.net
rachna.saxena@airdeccan.net
ashish.roy@airdeccan.net

I have an acknowledgement mail from agents.refund@airdeccan.net to prove that.

But till date even after numerous mails no refund has been given to me and no reply has come my way from Air Deccan. 

Solution of your complaintI want a full refund for the tickets which I did not use. 
ActionI plan to go to the consumer court, and I mean it.
